We provide exceptional care and fast results with Smile Express® treatment, a streamlined approach to orthodontic care for adults. This program utilizes the same high-quality aligners found in our comprehensive Invisalign® treatments, but follows a protocol designed for minor to moderate adjustments. You receive doctor-led oversight for beautiful results in as little as six months1.
Our Four-Step Clinical Process
We utilize a clearly defined blueprint to ensure your treatment remains on track. Unlike DIY aligner services, our mastery of orthodontic care ensures your dental health is prioritized at every stage.
Step 1: Clinical assessment
We begin with a complimentary consultation. Dr. McReath and our skilled clinical team evaluate your teeth to determine if Smile Express treatment is the most effective solution for your needs.
Step 2: Diagnostic digital scanning
We capture a 3D model of your teeth using the iTero™ scanner. This diagnostic tool allows us to design your aligners with accuracy and predictability.
Step 3: Treatment delivery
Once we finalize your treatment plan, we deliver your custom aligner kit directly to your home. This includes all necessary aligners to move your teeth into their ideal alignment.
Step 4: Virtual progress monitoring
You will wear your aligners as instructed while our team monitors your progress through a secure virtual platform. This allows Dr. McReath to monitor your progress without the need for frequent in-office adjustments required by treatment with braces.
Why We Provide Doctor-led Care
Smile Express is built on innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes. When you receive Smile Express treatment, you can expect:
- Personalized Planning: We do not rely on automated algorithms; Dr. McReath personally designs your treatment plan.
- Specialist Oversight: Every phase of adult orthodontics requires an understanding of jaw mechanics and long-term stability.
- Reliable Results: We ensure your treatment results are both attractive and functional.

Smile Express Treatment FAQ
What is the difference between Smile Express treatment and braces?
Smile Express treatment is intended for limited orthodontic corrections and follows an accelerated timeline. Comprehensive treatment is a more measured approach for complex bite issues that require the versatility of braces or full Invisalign® aligner treatment.
Am I a candidate for this treatment?
Smile Express treatment is ideal for adults who require minor alignment improvements. We determine if you are a candidate during your virtual orthodontic consultation or in-person exam.
How do I begin the process?
Schedule a visit at any of our locations to complete your initial scan and review your treatment goals.
Your Investment in Clinical Excellence
Smile Express costs significantly less than comprehensive treatment and requires fewer office visits. That means less time in our chair and more money in your wallet! With Smile Express, you can start smiling more confidently for just $99 down and $99 a month.
To ensure your results are long lasting, we also provide orthodontic retainers.
