"Our daughter had her braces put on today and the staff were absolutely amazing! They even played a song in their waiting room to get her pumped up when they came out to call her name (so fun, and such a great idea!). Her hygienist and Dr. McReath did an excellent job of explaining every part of the process, and gave lots of helpful tips once she was done. They made her feel comfortable and welcomed through all of it. We had such a great experience and are happy that we chose McReath’s for this new (2.5 year) journey for our daughter. So of course, we highly recommend McReath Orthodontics!"

"We are BEYOND thrilled and happy with the service provided by the staff at McReath today! As today was the FIRST day for the journey of my 9 years Braces! She was excited, nervous and scared! We were very thankful for the services Especially from my cousin Megan at the front desk and Kayla for the check in! Then shout out to our dental assistant Haley who provided the care today for us! I did not know what to expect and she explained everything very well to us even though my daughter didn’t really understand! She was very kind, nice and LOTS OF PATIENTS with my daughter who didn’t cooperate very well in the beginning and cried because she was so scared and nervous, she took the time to talk with doctor and they BOTH had such great patients and took an alternative route to be able to place her braces! Dr. McReath himself was very kinda, friendly and patient as well! I truly felt comfortable and welcomed and ready to start my daughter journey here! That sure are great! "I started my Invisalign process in February 2025, and my experience has been excellent and everyone has been very helpful when I have questions. I was given the option to use the Smile Doctors app and scan from home. This option has been a great decision as I just scan from home every week and it alleviates having to go in for regular appointments. Communication through the SD app is seamless. Within 24 hours, usually less, I get a message letting me know if I’m ready advance to my next set of trays or not. I’ve been diligent with wearing my aligners for the suggested time frames and it has paid off so far. My progress has been above and beyond my expectations and it’s only been 6 months. I highly recommend McReath Orthodontics and the Invisalign option."

"We had a great experience!!! We had a consult appt on Tuesday, and my daughter was able to get her braces on the very same day!!! They played music to get her pumped up and excited, explained everything as they did it to make sure she was comfortable and not nervous, and within 30mins they were done!I’m so happy with the results and my daughter LOVES her new braces!!!!"

"I’ve had the best experience with McWreath Orthodontics. As an adult, I wasn’t comfortable about seeing an orthodontist in an office with all those kids. I couldn’t have been more wrong. I should have gone sooner. McWreath and his staff were kind and friendly and his offices are very beautiful. It’s as much an experience for adults as it is for teenagers. They never had to ask me for my name when I arrived for an appointment because they always knew who I was. His staff are so professional and polite, with smiles always! The Invisalign program was a joy to participate in. Hardly anyone noticed I was wearing them. I felt the price point was a bargain. Everything was included. I never felt “nickel and dimed”, on the contrary I felt well cared for with all the extras thrown in without question. If you’re considering orthodontics or Invisalign, don’t waste time like I did. "We are from out of town and where in WI for a cheer competition. My daughter has braces and a wire in the back had bent really bad causing lots of pain/discomfort. I called the emergency number and left message. They called back in a timely manner and got us in that night/after hours. We got to the office and we couldn't have been happier. She was absolutely the sweetest and so caring. "Amazing!My family and I were in Wisconsin Dells yesterday for a family wedding that I was standing up in and I found myself in a pinch as my daughter had a wire poking into her cheek, causing her a lot pain. After trying to remedy it myself, without luck, I called McReath Orthodontics in Portage after finding them on a Google search. I explained our dilemma and they, without hesitation, told us to come right in. They were super nice and brought my daughter back to fix her up right away as they knew we were short on time due to the wedding.
